Family Background
Mr. Patel hails from an educated and cultured family where education and discipline are given utmost importance. He belongs to HINDU PATEL family. Traditionally his family is education oriented, peace loving and religious. His father is a CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT, MASTERS OF LAW (LL.M.) and a successful BUSINESSMAN and his mother is also MASTERS OF ART (M.A.), LL.B., ADVOCATE and a businesswoman. Good wine needs no push – thrust for higher education is in his blood. The seeds of ambition, calmness and patience were implanted since his school time.

Academia and Experience
Mr. Patel is a person of versatile personality having expert knowledge of all the facets of corporate world like finance, information systems, marketing, management, cost, accounts and audit having Business/Commerce education background with the Information Systems, accounting and law experience.

Mr. Patel holds an MBA degree with the concentration in Computer Applications from California State University, Sacramento. After completing higher secondary education Mr. Patel opted for the Bachelor of Commerce degree program from H.L College of Commerce, one of the prominent institutes of commerce in Asia. He completed his graduation in commerce, which comprised of streams like Business Organization and Management, Cost accounting and Advanced accounting Business Taxation, Business Law, Economics, etc. After graduating with the Bachelor’s of Commerce degree Mr. Patel pursued post graduate degree in Law from Sir L.A. Shah Law College, India. Mr. Patel has also done his Chartered Accountancy course – Final Group II from the very well known Institute of the Chartered Accountants of India. Mr. Patel is also Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Cisco Certified Network Associate having expert knowledge in system development, system application, MS office and networking.

‘Higher, Swifter, Stronger !’ This motto of the Olympics probably sums up the aspirations he hopes to fulfill in the long run. For more than over three years Mr. Patel has worked as Accounts and Audit Executive managing financial accounting activities, performing management audit including review of manufacturing process, Cost Accounting / Cost Allocation for the companies, providing accounting and control expertise and doing Project Management & Portfolio management. Mr. Patel is serving as a part time faculty member at California State University, Sacramento teaching basic MIS classes for more than over 2 years. Mr. Patel was the CIO/CFO of the simulated company when his team brought the victory to the California State University, Sacramento in the 38th annual international collegiate business strategy competition. Mr. Patel is an alumnus of DELTA SIGMA PI (Professional Business Fraternity), Epsilon Phi Chapter, California State University, Sacramento.

Mr. Patel was serving as CIO of HealthPlanUSA, an emerging organization to provide affordable HealthCare for all Americans by restoring the Medical MarketPlace. He was assisting in bringing this organization from its incubator state to a conglomerate in the world economy. At that time, neither the Medical Profession nor the Insurance Carriers were ready to embark on such a product or mission. With the MedicalTuesday message twice a month, we hope that doctors and insurance carriers will begin to see the economic and health advantage to their patients, as well as to doctors and insurance carriers in the effort of affordable health care.
